Before you write in

• This tool only removes a password you already know from a PDF you own or have permission to edit. It can't recover, crack, or guess a forgotten password.
• Your files and passwords are never uploaded or seen by anyone, including the person behind this project — so please don't attach a PDF you're having trouble with. A description of what happened (browser, file size, and any error message) is far more useful for tracking down a bug.
• This is a one-person project maintained in spare time, so replies aren’t instant.
